What does being Awake and Alive feel like, move like, breathe like? How can we create an experience where we prepare the body to LIVE more fully and connect more deeply to the NOW experience.
Alive: Living IN our lives, with deep awareness of our bodies and ourselves.
In this class, we explored the important connection to our breath: an ever flowing foundation that invites us into movement.
We aligned the body through the practice of honoring the spine, and natural alignment. We found the deep core muscles, and we moved in ways that helped to engage the body, to find a healthy challenge and give time for integration through stillness.
We talked about how we meet our bodies where they are, and work to have curiosity and compassion while we are challenged physically and mentally.
