Threshold Retreat

How do we consciously move and navigate across the thresholds of an ever changing world?

Join us for a weekend designed to Strengthen, Inspire and Align body and mind.

Recognizing that a threshold is a point of entry or beginning, it is also the point when a

stimulus is of sufficient intensity to begin to produce an effect, a shift, a new possibility.

Inspired by the Bowspring and Feldenkrais methods, participants will be led through a series

of physical movement and reflection practices, to explore, develop and produce new path-

ways for alignment that support and deepen capacity for health, vitality and awareness.

Soule Creek Lodge is perched on top of the world in Port Renfrew British Columbia,

overlooking the bay. This special location offers a quiet and secluded environment,

lodging in exquisitely furnished yurts, while nourishing guests with local sourced food pre-

pared by excellent chefs.

This women’s only weekend promises to be a time of deep practice, fun, inviting

curiosity to see where our edges are and what opportunities there may be to create a greater

sense of grace and ease in our day to day.

Single Occupancy $695

Double occupancy $595

All meals and GST included

Come play at the thresholds!
