- Proper breathing and support of the abdominal area. (DNS technique)
- How the support of this area on all sides gives the support you need in many Yoga, Bowspring and movement practices.
- Discussion on “movement in life” How can we be more functional and better supported  (hiking, swimming, running, walking)
- Time for discussion and practice
