Self Portrait

Enjoy this creative workshop as you are guided through a series of breath and movement exercises leading you safely to a creative introspective dance solo.  Through personal goals focus for the day, you will access choreographic process support and be a guided towards your own personal movement vocabulary.  Dancers will meditate on where they are at in the moment, identify a key focus, expand movement vocabulary, translate emotion into movement, culminating in a small danced self-portrait. 

Some experience with dance and full body movement is preferred.
